Ray Williams, Christian counselor and marriage and family therapist provides marriage counseling and individual therapy in the Eden Prairie area.

He has experience working with marriages of various problems. Some marriages are struggling to avoid divorce and seek help as the last resort. Many come due to the discomfort of struggling with communication issues or conflict problems. 

For individual therapy, he has helped people with depression, anxiety, and other mental health problems. He’s also experienced in helping with big life transitions and career changes. 

“I love being a husband and dad, and that carries forward to my relationships with clients. Because I’ve been married 28 years and have 4 adult kids, I realize both how difficult and rewarding day to day life with family can be. It is so satisfying and important to keep our family relationships developing forward. I view life as being holistic, what effects the body also effects the mind.” As a Christian counselor, I can bring faith into therapy. While I enjoy working with those of similar beliefs, I've still had the privilege of working with individuals and couples of different views. 

Ray graduated from Adler Graduate School of Minnesota in Minnetonka with a master’s in clinical psychology and has his bachelor’s degree in Biblical studies from Emmaus College, Dubuque, Iowa. He's a member of MACC (Midwest Association of Christian Counselors) and AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors). He is also certified as a parent coach and professional life coach from Adler.
